• Hi Kate. Thank you for leaving us this question trusting that we will answer you accurately. I would say that the unit has more of a "satin" finish or "non-reflective". It has a shine to it but it's definitely NOT piano black (glossy). AS always, the best you can do is check it personally into the store and fall in love with it yourself. • The white one is a matte finish, it doesn't show fingerprints at all. Mine came with a clear stick-on protective covering on the door, which was shiny and beautiful, but if you don't want a matte finish I guess you could leave that on if it wraps around and edges are out of sight (I don't remember If they were or not).
