I did the same thing. Best Buy has a DC charger with multiple ends. It is adaptable to every device I have. Cheaper than new devices.

From there you can open the user manual and see what accessories came with this unit. The only accessories needed to operate it are the power adapter and headphones. You should be able to take the unit into Best Buy and find a universal DC Adapter that will work with the DVD player. Also any set of headphones will work with the player, it has a standard 3.5mm headphone connection.
