Sign up for mybestbuy and check member offers. It is available there. But the offer has expired today. It might come back. You just need to activate the offer and apply it during checkout.

I think at check out if you have a special promo code you get a discount. That's what happened for me.

I have purchased this battery offer on two different occasions and don't recall seeing that message; so I don't know what it means. I purchased them at the price offered as a deal of the day email.
