Q: QuestionDoes the desk only alternate between the sitting position and standing position heights or is it adjustable in-between those ranges as well? (To adjust for what is the best "sitting" height for I am quite short).

• A:Answer I purchased this Insignia Adjustable Standing desk and knew I needed a keyboard tray due to how short I am. Typical rails for keyboard trays are 17inches. There is a cross bar on the bottom of this desk at 13 inches so unless I can find a different style keyboard tray this is not going to work despite a previous answer that said you can mount a keyboard tray on it.

Q: QuestionI just put together the desk and the legs are uneven. Is there a way to reset it or did I get one of the wrong legs?

• A:Answer I had this same issue. I flipped the table over so the legs were standing up, table top down. Removed the good leg, then pressed the button to move the one bad leg up and down until it reset. Then put the initial good leg back on. If the power stops working, take every piece of the power cord and cords that plug into the up/down button out, and the little piece that hooks between the up/down button and the motor, it will start working.

Q: QuestionMy standing desk button's seems very sensitive to change. The path is clear. When pressing the button down firmly it'll reverse mid-adjustment. And on most times when I release the button after the adjustment, it reverses a bit. How to fix this?
