“I use a CPAP in the United States, I am traveling to Germany and Switzerland next week, is this all I need to plug in to be protected? Or is there any other items needed so I dont fry my CPAP due to voltage or other needs? Thank you, Donko”

Yea buddy , this is all that you need. It will work in any country
