Please try again later.Yes, of course There are locations where your cell phone doesn't work and you usually can't receive radio signal more that 50, maybe 75 miles from a transmitter. In my city ALL the TV transmitters are on the same tall mountain, about 35 miles from me, so I need to get an antenna aimed at it or at least on the side of my house facing that direction. Tv antennas are not like satellite TV-they don't have to be aimed perfectly. If you're distant from transmitters, it becomes more important to get any antenna--indoor or outdoor as high as you can.
