I doubt there is any filtering by the amplifier because of the price and application. In the USA, VHF TV uses the 54 Mhz to 88 Mhz and 174 Mhz to 216 Mhz frequencies. The lowest projected frequency usage for 5G is 600 Mhz with the majority over 6 Ghz with AT&T at 24 Ghz and Verizon at 28 Ghz. So, when it comes to interference, it's not very likely, Finally, I live less than a mile from the nearest cell tower and have not experienced any issues. Your mileage may vary.
