I am new as well and it is extremely easy!
To switch between your streaming service if it’s a stick all you do is press “source” on your remote. It will either be on TV or Firestick, Roku, streaming whatever. You choose which one you want to watch and it pops right up.

It works just fine together!  To stream… you click whatever you want to stream.  There is a box for TV antenna… you just click that !
