• No, you need a lightning to usb.. This is 30-pin to usb.

• No this is only able to work with the older Ipods with a 30 pin. Hope this helps.

• I bought this cord for my ipad and it works great. Just make sure the plug in attachment at the end of the cord is the match for the type of socket for your version of ipad.
