• Xbox One S will work with Xbox One S only... same goes for the X and so on. I bought the one for the X because it was on sale and didn't pay attention to the model. I had to return it and get the correct one for my particular Xbox model.

• It will, with a slight modification. There is a small nub that needs to be removed, in order for it to fit. Place a hacksaw/hacksaw blade flush against the side where the nub is, then SLOWLY cut it off. It’s hollow, so it takes about 15 seconds to do, tops. If you don’t want to do that, then, no it won’t fit.

• No it will not. I learned this the hard way. There is a nub in the front that blocks it from reaching the front USB port.
