“Will Insignia replace this with one that works? I lost my Best Buy receipt and this thing simply will not work in the USB port of my Windows 10 desktop PC. I have tried about everything imaginable.”

• I found that Bluetooth did not work on the PC if it is currently paired on my phone. I turned the bluetooth speaker off on my phone then I could turn in on in my PC.

• I'll bet if you talked to customer service the would let you exchange it. Try it...the worse that could happen is they'll say no.

• It is more of a Windows 10 issue. Windows 10 has driver issues related to *MOST usb wireless and bluetooth adapters I have tried to this point.
