Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced this issue as well. I went in and deleted the drivers from my computer completely and tried to reinstall them. When that didn't work, I deleted the drivers again, exchanged my the adapter for a new one at Best Buy and downloaded the drivers again. It worked without issue after that.
