“I bought this to use my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones and they paired with no issues but I cannot hear any audio from anything on my computer and I do not know why. Someone help please.”

A little after the fact but go in and "Open Sound settings" and put the audio output through the headphones? If that doesn't work you may want to make sure your drivers are up to date.
