I had the same problem Windows10 doesn't want to auto install this and you don't need to go to Insignis's website to install the driver. https://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Computers-Tablets/Bluetooth-4-0-usb-adapter-ns-pcy5bma2-drivers-don-t-install-on/td-p/1372850 Follow those steps in the forum above, common issue. Go to windows update and look for optional updates, then go to device manager and try to install the driver manually from there.
