• More than likely this would not work, there are devices you can plug into the cigarette lighter that would make a small radio station your car can connect to, and it will Bluetooth to your phone

• I believe this needs a desktop operating system to work and won’t operate in a car. There are other, specific options made to add Bluetooth to cars.
