“I tried to install an Insignia NS-PCY5BMA2 Blue Tooth Adapter purchased in April onto my laptop and was unable to pair with my keyboard, mouse and printer/scanner. Tech Support says I have the wrong model. What would be a correct adapter for exchange?”
