Return it. I had the same problem with mine with my Dell. I was trying to get it to work with my keyboard and mouse. Since it was a company laptop I had someone from IT help me. We spent 70 minutes and still couldn’t get it to work. Two colleagues told me that they’d had the same problem and to just order a new set. One of them told me that it just wasn’t worth the time and effort to find a compatible adapter.
