You need to change from where the sound is to come from. I had to go into settings and change the bluetooth to be on and pair it from inside there. So that the Bluetooth is on and that the device has been paird to the computer. It did not directly / automagically come up as connected by just plugging it into the computer. Small work, but it did the trick for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes go into your sound settings. You should be able to select the device your wanting to use if it is recognized. I’ve notice a lot of times just because windows or osx sees it, it won’t utilize it on it’s own sometimes. Good luck
