Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately not, it is not intelligent enough by itself to connect to bluetooth speakers. The device it is plugged into must be able to control it. That usb port is only for service and looking at jpeg pictures (why insignia, who uses their tv as a giant picture frame???)
