• Unfortunately not, it is not intelligent enough by itself to connect to bluetooth speakers. The device it is plugged into must be able to control it. That usb port is only for service and looking at jpeg pictures (why insignia, who uses their tv as a giant picture frame???)

• It is possible, but not likely. If it is a smart TV your chances are better, but a standard TV wont likely be able to communicate with the speakers.

• No, it can not as the TV only uses the USB port for media content only.

• If your television has a blue tooth connection, then you can use it however I'm not sure if your added blue tooth usb will be able to connect.
