I just purchased Insignia USB bluetooth adapter, installed it, drivers did not install. Googled it, found it is a Broadcom device which they no longer support drivers for. so how do I get my Windows 10 to recognize this device? null

Go to Settings. Update & Security. Under the Updates available, click View Optional updates. Open driver updates. Look for Bluetooth adapter. Install.

Sorry that I can't help you with your question, as I was having problems with mine, too. Finally took it into the GEEKS. My computer was not compatible, so got a different USB adapter and they were able to install it for me. Love having this Bluetooth connection. I DO appreciate the availability of the Geeks. (FYI-I am an 83 year old woman)
