“Recently Purchased this , Bluetooth icon shows but cant find device that are in discovery mode. Tick'd Allow Bluetooth to be discovered by other devices, still nothing. Brand new built PC , would like Bluetooth on it.”

Problem maybe the version of bluetooth on the device you are trying to use. Ensure it has the latest bluetooth drivers and set it real close to the adapter when you have it in pairing mode.
