“I recently purchased Silhouette Cameo 4. My laptop does not have Bluetooth. Bought this adapter and need to know the chip info as Silhouette requires: CSR8510 A10 My Bluetooth connects and says it recognizes my machine, but I still can't work machine.”

Delete recognize device first. Delete blue tooth software and reinstall. Try again to pair device and see if you are successful. I had trouble as well, not real pleased with how this connects as it takes too much time. Hope this works, it did for me. Good luck!

you need to disconnect your headphones or similar devices from other connected devices ex: from your cell phone hopefully this helps in any way

This adapter works with most Windows 10 computers and most Bluetooth 4.0 devices.
