“I got dongle to sync fitbit, for wind. 10 do I just leave dongle in the port while syncing or can I DL drivers and no longer need dongle? Insignia does not post English manual right now so I am confused and the manual on google only talks about wind. 7/8”

You leave it in, it serves as an antenna for the bluetooth signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That dongle must be connected anytime you are syncing. It acts as the "transceiver" for the Bluetooth sync. If you remove it, it cannot sync. If you reinsert it, it "should" work a minute later, without you having to do any additional steps. But I write "should" because every computer can act a little differently. Hopefully, for you, it will take little or no extra steps. Good luck, hope that helps!
