• This uses the same chipset (Broadcom) as the ASUS Bluetooth adapter. Their driver will work for this and can be found at: https://www.asus.com/us/Networking/USBBT400/HelpDesk_Download/

• Return it, there are no drivers for win7. I went through the headache of hours of searching only to be disappointed. Save yourself some time and buy another that has win7 drivers included.

• did not work with windows 7 had to get another Bluetooth adapter no drivers for insignia adapter.

• No where. There is no drivers or support for Windows 7 with this device. They lie when they state it works with Windows 7, it simply does not.
