Windows cannot find the correct driver, and the manufacturer support web site does not have it. I found a similar driver that does work, from another manufacturer. The driver file is named "USB-BT4LE_win7_vista_x64.exe". But, this would not allow me to pair my headphones. I needed more instructions, and found a document called "bose_win7_workaround_update1.pdf". I did find that this device installs automatically in Fedora Linux, without any issues. But, for Windows, installation is very difficult.
