No you cannot. The USB port on the radio is only for FLASH Drive devices. Adding a USB Adapter to your radio doesn't render it BLUETOOTH-enabled to accept connections.

Please try again later.Absolutely not, this is a host-side device which requires a driver to operate, you would be looking for a client-side device such as the Logitech Bluetooth Audio Receiver. It is designed to plug into a desktop or laptop which does not already have bluetooth functionality, in order to give it said functionality. The receiver would connect to your aux-in jack and allow you to play bluetooth music received by that device. The good news is that the prices are fairly similar.
