In short you can use this with Bluetooth headphones Long answer...If you have a good sound card or software that supports multiple inputs/outputs than yes. I use this with Bose Bluetooth head phones and also play my pandora to my speakers at the same time but I’ve changed the different programs to send sound to different sound devices and use an app (ManyCam) to mirror the sound to both speaker and headphones.
