“I am trying to connect the Insignia wireless bluetooth mouse to macbook pro 2020. It can find the device in the bluetooth settings, but it will not connect or pair. It asks for a passcode. I tried 0000 and 1111. Still no success. What am I missing?”

• No problem connecting this bluetooth device to my MacMini running Ubuntu. Recognized it and installed with one click.

• Make sure Bluetooth is set to "on" on both units. Then click on "pair" on either one. Bluetooth will then ask you to provide pairing on both and provide the pairing code to you. Don't use any codes you think of.
