    • Answer I have had it for a month and the battery it came with has still lasted. I used it about 12 hrs a day for school. Sometimes I even forget to turn it off at night. I still haven't had to replace the AAA battery.

    • Answer Yes! It will work with any computer that has Bluetooth as does almost all computers including Chromebooks, Linux, Mac and Windows PC's. But... you may need to have a wired mouse or touch screen to help install. It's a great mouse for the money.

    • Answer When you're at the point to click 'Add Bluetooth Device'''Mouse, Keyboard' etc., try turning on the mouse right after clicking. It seems to go into pairing mode when turned on. If it doesn't find it within 20 seconds, push the little blue button on the underside of the mouse for 3 seconds, and that should do it. Of course make sure Bluetooth is turned on in the laptop. If still no go, perform troubleshooting on Bluetooth. Also, If you go to Device Manager and expand Bluetooth to view drivers, you should have a minimum of 4 drivers, and most likely more. If you have less than 4, go to the Manufacturers support website and download them. Last thought is that if you can pair a keyboard or speakers, etc. but not this mouse, mouse is bad, return for another. Actually, my last thought should have been the first sentence.     • Answer Hi Daniel, It is not advisable to disassemble the mouse because it might not work again. However, you can clean the mouse by wiping it using a damp, lint-free cloth. Windows: 1 Click the Bluetooth icon on your task bar. 2 Click Show Bluetooth Devices. 3 Right-click Insignia Bluetooth Mouse. 4 Click Remove Device to un-pair the mouse. Mac: 1 Open System Preferences, then click Bluetooth. 2 Click the – in the lower-left corner. 3 When it asks Are you sure you want to remove this device?, click Remove.
