QuestionI paired my Insignia Bluetooth mouse with my Dell computer and it worked fine. Then I used the mouse on a different computer. Now when I go back to Computer 1 it shows that it is paired, but the mouse isn't working. Won't let me unpair and repair either.

QuestionThis mouse has intermittent lag issues. I use precise software like AutoCAD, so this is a hindrance. I have googled how to remedy this, ie screen resolution, toggle trails on/off, unchecking different options. Is there anything I am missing?

To date, I have paired it with: *A Samsung Android phone *A Motorola Android phone *An LG Android phone *An RCA Voyager Android tablet *An Insignia Windows tablet *A Windows 10 laptop *An Ubuntu Linux laptop (We have a lot of tech between my wife and I and two teens.) So far, it's never failed to work with everything we've tried!

- Answer I had the same problem. The problem was my desktop was not Bluetooth capable!! Might want to check that.
