“I paired my Insignia Bluetooth mouse with my Dell computer and it worked fine. Then I used the mouse on a different computer. Now when I go back to Computer 1 it shows that it is paired, but the mouse isn't working. Won't let me unpair and repair either.”

• Try unpairing the mouse from the second device and see if that works.

• The mouse can only be synced to one device at a time. You need to remove the mouse from computer 1. Go to settings or the windows search in the task bar, type Bluetooth and choose Bluetooth and other devices settings. Select your mouse from the list and click remove. Once removed go through the steps to Sync your mouse. Note: this will cause the same thing to occur on your other computer as the mouse can only be synced to one PC at a time.
