• Yes, but only if you have any of the following: A set of powered wired speakers, Headphones, or a receiver. The turntable itself does not have speakers in it.

• You still will need an amplifier or receiver along with passive speakers,since it has an internal phono preamp you don't need an external phono preamp to be able to connect it with a rca cable to the amp or receiver that either has a phono input or not.If the amp or receiver doesn't have a dedicated phono input then use the aux input for the turntable .I have mine connected by bluetooth using a bluetooth enabled receiver, it will also work with an amplifier that is bluetooth enabled
