- Answer Hit the battery button on the back. Not the best setup but it will let you know how much it is charged.

Questionbook says 4 lights stay on when charged, other poster says different. Which is it how long to fully charge? Do I have to keep pressing battery button to find out when it is done charging?

- Answer It does not stay lit when chargimg or charged, you will need to press the power bank button to determine if its remaining battery life. Not sure how long it takes to charge. I did have issues charging My first unit, i left it on the charger for some time and the battery indicator did not go up., that prompted me to exchange it for another, which works as intended.

QuestionI am not very comp savy so, I want wireless speakers for my daughters phone, she said its a Samsong and accessories have to say they're for "android", and wireless. Would the brick2 portable Bluetooth speaker work for her?

- Answer Hello Kathy. I have an apple phone, but this should work for your daughters phone. The phones description has a specifications section which states the speaker is “universal” which means it should also work with android enabled devices. I don’t see why it wouldn’t. Great speaker specially for the price. She will love that she can also charge her phone with it! I highly recommend it.

- Answer Not with the same device no as when you are connected to one device the your device and that speaker are paired, you would only be able to do so with a device and speaker for each device.

QuestionI've had this a year, I use it once a week for classes and have never had to charge it. I thought that was good. But now the batter is low and I've had it on a charger for a week and it's not charging! Did I ruin the battery by letting it go too long?

- Answer It's very slow to charge. And you must use the cord it came with. (I think?) I have two short black cords. Can never remember which came with the speaker. One of them won't charge it. The other will. It's very slow. I plug it into my computer. Not sure if that's why? I tried my phone plug but that didn't seem to work at all so I've stuck to charging via the computer. Not much to go on, sorry, but hopefully it helps!

- Answer You can use any decent micro USB charger. I use my Google Home charger for it and it works great. Or just order a micro USB.
