• Yes it does. It fits my Insignia 10.1 Tablet perfectly. The 360 degree rotation is simply brilliant.

• This one is too small, it only works for 8" tablets or less

• NO this case is molded for the ipad pro only which is a good bit bigger at 12.2" than your insignia. But UAG might make one for the insignia. I would check their website.
