No problem you can put the steam deck with the clear case in steam deck original case

The Insignia™ Clear Case for Steam Deck & Steam Deck OLED is designed to offer solid protection while maintaining a sleek look. However, despite its slim profile, it does add some bulk to the device—particularly around the grips and back due to its integrated kickstand. Because of this added thickness, the Steam Deck with the Insignia case installed typically does not fit comfortably inside the original Valve-supplied carrying case. The original case has a snug foam cutout that’s tailored to the bare console, so trying to squeeze it in with the case on may either not work or could stress the zipper and padding.
