Every time I turn on CD it says err null

check the CD and make sure it's cleaned good and has no scratches also wipe off player because something may have got in the lens causing issue

This CD player is difficult to use. I have to read the instructions every time I turn it on. When that happens , turn it off and start over with the instructions in your hand
