“How can I obtain a replacement AC cord? I lost the AC cord, and standard sized cords with a C7 coupler (polarized and non-polarized) will not fit due to the pin spacing being closer together on the boombox. Would Insignia be able to offer a replacement?”

• Unfortunately we do not carry replacement cords for this unit through www.partstore.com. It is a universal design, but it does sound like there is a slight variation in pin spacing, which may mean you need to check a few different cords of the same design to find a applicable fit.
