• It will not fit with the clear cover i have on mine if you use the charging station that is included. You can, however, just use the AC adapter which is the same plug as the 3DS XL

• With a full size case, it will not work with the stand. It does come with a separate charger that fits both the New 3DS as well as the Insignia stand, so you could just buy this, use the charger included when your case is on and when the case is off plug the charger into the stand. I prefer the stand since it charges the 3DS without having to plug the 3DS in.

• This charging station was not designed with cases in mind. As cases can vary in thickness and shape the best option would be to test fit the unit. Best Buy does have a 15 day return policy that would allow you to test fit the 3ds in the charging station and return the unit if you did not like the fit.

• No it wont. the 3ds needs to make contact with the connectors from the cradle in order to charge. The cover will be interrupting that process.
