A:AnswerYes, been using mine for over an hour and the grill for me is cool to the touch but I wouldn't hold my hand on it obviously so you don't burn your skin but the outside of the heater is nice and cool to the touch.
A:AnswerI'm sure it would be fine to use in the bathroom for a short period of time, like while you're getting ready to go to work or in the shower, but I'd unplug it when you aren't in there. It's really small, but works at my sons desk great.
