YES it does fit a 34" curved monitor! I recently purchased TWO of these, and I just set mine up together with a 24" flat monitor in portrait mode. I'm not a gamer and do other types of office work and graphics, and the combination of the two different size monitors are placed side by side, using TWO of the Insignia Desktop Mounts, attached to an Ergotron standing desk. The standing desk mounts were stationary and I had two 24 inch monitors on that. I couldn't easily get behind the monitors with my old mounts but the PLUS with this Insignia mount is that it allows you, if needed, to easily turn the monitor to access the back, the cords etc. I have the LG 34 inch curved monitor. Yes, it works with monitors with 50 x 50, 75 x 75, or 100 x 100 VESA mounting patterns.
