Where do I adjust the height on the monitor mount? null

Hello, thanks for your question. On this (Model: NS‑SMMT2B5). The height is adjusted on the vertical pole of the mount. To change it, slightly loosen the collar/clamp (the ring or knob on the pole behind the monitor arm), slide the arm up or down to the desired height, then tighten the collar again to lock it in place.
