Check the menu to be sure the audio is not set to SAP channel. This is the Secondary Audio Channel and some stations put Spanish dialogue on it for some shows, but leave it silent on others. Other stations will put the English dialogue on it as well as the main channel.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue with a previous box and I believe it was damaged by lightening. When I purchased a newer enhanced digital antenna (same TV ) the problem was resolved!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First I would recommend resetting the converter box to the factory settings. You can do this by opening up the menu then selecting settings then selecting system reset. If the audio still changes languages after resetting you can manually go into the menu to the AV settings, then to the sound settings and select stereo.
