• No. It is an 8VSB to analog convertor box.

• Hi, this converter box will only support a digital NTSC signal to convert regular digital antenna channels into analog ones, so your TV can display the image. Therefore, the converter box will not support any cable QAM signals. Regards, Daniel T. - Insignia Support
