• Welcome to the club. We loved ours for the first year then it stopped working, so did it for many others see the reviews. Good news is it still looks good ha ha. Sry this happened. It was the best part of or kitchen remodel when it worked. Also no one will work on these, or if they do cost $500 to fix. Good luck

• I also agree that this is an issue. Worked fine for about a year and a half. Looked great. Now too expensive to fix. Had to replace. Bad item to spend $700 and have it last less than a year.
