QuestionI just bought this 2 weeks ago and now it won't charge. It didn't come with a charger either Is there a recommended charger to use and what could be the problem?

- Answer Sounds like your didn't buy the tablet at Best Buy. If you purchased it for someone you can only go back to them to see if they have the charging cord (which has a normal electrical plug with a USB port). As for a recommended charger check with Best Buy.

QuestionIs the wifi on this dual band?Does the wifi on this also do the 5GHz band? [Specs do not mention 802.11ac, so it is about 802.11n at 5GHz.

QuestionDoes this covert writing with stylus to text?I saw in the store that you can use a stylus to write, but is there a feature that allows you to convert this to text.?

- Answer You can use Notier or similar stylus. Make sure you add a screen protector film before using fine tip stylus. The writing is very clean and there is no lag. Yes, handwriting should be recognized by tools.
