• The short answer is it doesn't exist. I bought this one to use for development and returned it for this very reason. Insignia doesn't provide the USB driver for development. They only provided support for the standard Android interfaces of content transfer. Insignia did point me to a driver for the actual chip platform, RockChip, but I didn't have any success with it.

• driver? the insignia tablet with windows platform NOT android will have windows software preinstalled along with update for windows 10
