It has quality Glass but all glass is scratchable so don't think it's plastic because it comes with a screen protector that just a plus.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Final answer: the screen has some sort of residue (perhaps thanks to the plastic pull-tab covering that is removed prior to use). I was able to wipe it off with a microfiber cloth, and now the screen is perfect (no scratches--must be glass).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.OP, here--the screen material appears to be plastic, and the "screen protector" is meant only to protect the device until use, not during use. (It's simply a film with a pull-tab like any other piece of new electronics has.) The screen has a very rough texture and is overly sensitive, as well--I'm assuming it's plastic.
