“Will this work with the 8 inch Garmin 86”

• It will NOT work with the Garmin Drive Smart 86. The ball diameter on this is the standard 17mm. On the 86, Garmin increased the size of the ball diameter to 22mm.

• no the ball size on the 86 is 22mm. you need to get an adapter to go from 17mm to the 86s 22mm

• No, not without an adapter. Garmin has increased the 8 inch Garmin 86 ball size to 22 inches

• Yes,works with all Garmins,the ball mount and hole size on the attachment are all the same size.
