“Hi, I love my dash cam BUT I just got a new car and now the sticky material in the suction cup on the base won't hold the cam on my windshield. Is there a place I can purchase a new base?”

I am, but it doesn’t stay auctioned anymore. The sticker material is what I believed what kept it from falling. I use the suction and it will stay up for like 10 min then fall off
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The sticky substance is not what holds the bottom to the windshield. Are you twisting the lever on the base that creates the suction to hold the camera in place?

Mine was a sticky mess when I tried to take it off in cold weather I barely got it off. I will probably try the one above soon
