“New Dashcam. MEMORY CARD ERROR persists even after formatting two different (32GB & 256GB) Mini SD cards on desktop. When trying to format either card on dashcam, it says FORMATTING FAILURE. How should I proceed? Troubleshooting or replacement? TY.”

• 256GB cards are not supported. Try a 128 GB Class 6 or above card.

• You dont need a desktop to format it the camera can do it through the settings option after you put the sd card in it.
